I LOVE having freshly ground almond butter on a spoon with my oats so that was added at the last minute. All together with a full Nathan bottle (working my water this week) and some Starbuck’s watered down decaf coffee.

Today is going to be super busy and we are back to HOT temperatures close to 100! I plan on heading indoors today to workout at the gym….I am thinking spinning or the Elliptical.

The Husband is taking his mom to lunch today since they both have the day off...He just called and they are having "lunch" at the Indian Casino....so jealous! LOL....

One of my goals this week is to work on using up our freezers and shelf staples…..I am going to be working on some new recipes to get a little creative – starting tonight.

Oh and I cannot wait for dessert – it is one of my favorites that I made this weekend. I will be sharing TWO FANTASTIC summer dessert recipes with you this week so stay tuned for that!

Have a great day all ~ Catch you all later!

  8. Beautiful summery oats! I love how much flavor a little pinch of coconut can add to a dish :) Ugh, I hear ya on the temps. I'm leaving for Arizona in 10 days, and it's supposed to be 113 the day we arrive. Gross!
